The gallery's board periodically reviews requests for showing. To apply, please prepare a single copy of your proposal and have it delivered to the gallery. You may later pick up any submitted materials from the gallery during open hours, otherwise they will remain on file. If you are mailing anything that you would like returned, you must specify those items with a return date and enclose a SASE.

Please provide the following information:

• For each artist include: name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, any website addresses, and last or currently attended school with dates of attendance.

• If you prefer certain approximate or specific dates for showing, please indicate the flexibility of that time frame.

• Please cite any shows you've had in other venues, including those confirmed but upcoming. Of the pieces you'd like shown at GalleryTK, identify those which have been presented in other exhibitions.

• Tell us how you heard about GalleryTK and whether or not you've already seen the space.

• Describe the physical aspects of your work such as media, scale, and framing, as well as any significant issues like extreme weight or fragility. Keep in mind that the gallery walls are tin and cannot accept nails, so work is typically suspended from the moulding around the ceiling. Some pieces may be more complex to install.

• Note any additional equipment necessary for the installation, such as a projection screen or dvd player, and indicate which of these items you'd be able to provide during your show.

• Most importantly, please describe the nature of your work in general, highlighting the specific work you'd like to exhibit at GalleryTK.

• Include anything else that helps describe or support your work, such as slides, photos, grants, awards, or press clippings.

• Please compile all materials together and label the front of the envelope with the artists names and any significant date constraints.
